QUOTE(calvin989898 @ Sep 10 2015, 12:53 PM) Those that want to get big angpow from SDB might get dissapointed. According reliable site people, they are confident to finish it by Nov 2015. Even the landscape are going very quickly to finish by Nov 2015. Worst come to worst, if the common facilities not completely ready by Nov 2015, SDB still can opt for VP first. But the LAD compensation is much lesser. According to SNP, if only the common facilities not ready, the LAD payment only the last 20% of SNP price of max 10% of that amount per annum. Thought have angpao for this time. But if LAD compensate like this, I feel not good... Can move in but can't use facilities |

I din take photo yesterday when first time go into the site after purchase. The photo below is as reference. As I also go Setia Ecohill, find their using different type of grass. After rain, the grass is still good to step on it and not much wet soil.
I don't know the different on the grass using. Any expert can explain ? Attached thumbnail(s) |

Thanks for clarification.
But personal feel Carpet grass use in Setia Eco Hill is very very nice. They use for their big landscape area.. every garden. Cow grass is to reduce cost by SDB? |

BTW, the workmanship is not bad.
But base on the site progress. Doubt it can deliver on November... If deliver in November, mean there will alot touch up work and cleaning and repair work to carry on the defect period. |

QUOTE(aberdeen @ Sep 30 2015, 01:31 PM) Looks like it...many cars parked along the road leading to the site..many Proton..a good indicator that there are many contractors in there...SDB must be busy calling up every contractors in their book...that could be why their SA still courageously maintained the end of year VP...good news for ahmai and ageetkumar.. I don't want so early VP. Prefer Next year.... |

QUOTE(calvin989898 @ Sep 30 2015, 06:50 PM) Electric confirm there already. Even now they used the power directly from TNB. Water I'm not too sure. Perhaps there already also. And now vp don't need cf. Just need CCC from architect. That is why SDB optimistic can VP by Nov. Thanks Calvin Kor for explanation. Mean it will be on time delivery. Thought it LAD at least 30 days.... Then will be perfect.Don't forget, by the time SDB issued VP letter , it is also subjected your end financial settle that milestones payment before you can make appointment to collect your key. That will estimated take another 2-3 weeks before your bank settle the money. By then you collect the key , already end Nov. |
