Got... But at this area think Susah to find this type tenants. At seni mk smallest unit start from 2400sf+. Quite a number expat family rent there. Per month rental no less than rm8k. Minimum semi furnish. Coz all unit come with semi furnish.

The fencing foundation very bad too. Falled Liao. Soil lose Liao. Just cincai cement it...Macam Curi Ayam? Hope they seriously look it to it. The uncover longkang also quite deep. Budak may jatuh dalam. Hope they do something too.

They should build at least 1feet to 1.5 feet proper low retaining wall above ground. Then put the fencing on top. If Ini Macam Cincai like what in the picture long run sure fall down.

Or every 10m-20m away they should build a reinforced or brick pillar to strengthen the fencing... Now c the current situation... Raining season...The soil start to loosen up and the fencing foundation cement start to crack. Fencing start falling apart. Anti-climb also no use.

Ya Macam seni mk. The fencing also sit on 1 feet height concrete. Not only that in between the join Also add with high brick pillar to strengthen the perimeter fencing. Sdb should very look in to it... Sibeh curi ayam. Belum vp fencing already start to fall apart Liao.

but the foundation at this side still using old method to repair......ARRRRRGGG!!!
cincai simply pour new cement to hold it up... looks ugly and not a proper 1.
if the soil loosen again sure fall.......also long run doesn't looks good. sure will fall again 1 day.
rain more rain more. don't let them get away from this.....

hope this is temporary method. if final also ini macam mati liao!......ARRRRRGGG!!!

Yalo. The fence 2.1 meter only.. about 7ft height actually sibeh low. Use ladder to climb on it. Jump down also not Susah. We expect it more than 10ft height. At least jump down can break the leg. Sibeh Sdb also need to look in to it. From what Ic army gor posted Sdb feedback, actually not quite satisfy The feedback they gave.

the both guardhouse side wings are quite ok. or though it kinda low macam tak sampai 5m height. still boleh accept.
but the the guardhouse itself still looks kinda strange.
let c the end outcome liao.

kinda hope the cobblestone can cover up to the end junction. will looks more proper and grand.

with so much wall blockage. how about guard hide inside and curi ayam? walk in walk out is not a solution.
they need to key in the visitor info and camera taking the vehicle by computer. and even call up the owner for verifying.. this is how seni mk guardhouse work.
they can see surrounding entrance clearly by sitting inside. don't forget seni mk is about 8-9 acres land size. same as wotp land size.

people form outside is easy to trespass the guardhouse due to entrence area got so many blindspot and trespass without the guard notice.
u think those people will stop at guardhouse to let the guard scan check first?

the anticlimb fence is just quite low and most without proper foundation macam low mid cost fencing method. i very hope this is not the final.
and it way toooooooooo many perimeter fence. it should mix with few walls in-between macam five stones.

inside area so far so good not much complaint. trees and landscape need time to groom. this 1 i understood.
i don't mind the trees still small. most important as long as they plan the landscaping well. after just give some times to the plants grow.

already no green grass and plant at the road side liao..
sibeh wish outside the compound looks ini macam cover up longkang with greenery beside to divide the road and pedestrian walk path ...safer for pedestrian and kids when walking outside the wotp compound.

they want to sell ini value sure the bank need to agree also!! if not why push price too high when the bank not agree the price.

then you should look for panel bank liao. if bank not under their panel bank list sure susah 1. also manyak extra fee need to charge.

Dulan Jialat Liao. Mana Ada put the fencing on the proper concrete crub? I just checked newly fixed fence And I don't see any!!!! All use old method!!!!

And I tell u the drain seriously need to cover!!! The drain hole near the block b service entrance sibeh scary duper deep! Even adult drop in I think 50% bye bye die Liao. If kid drop inside I can tell u 100% sure Mati. And can't even find the body!!!!!!

Why nearby natur road side can do greenery? Why sdb Wotp cannot? Arrrrgggg!!!!

Yup 4 lane better. I think if they utilize the drain area n cover up as a walkway. I think they can convert the small space near the road to become small small greenery like how outside fivestones are. Also Can lower Possibility Motorcycle snatcher do snatching here. Coz harder for them to do snatching. Coz pedestrian walkway more further away from road and protected by pokok n plants. (Does not mean it won't happen. Just lower the chances of happening). Also lower the risk when kid fell down. Won't easily fall to the road... The greenery not only for good look. Also for increase the safety purpose.

Need to wait n see Liao. Need to come out a checklist to double check the issues and tackle 1 by 1.
