Macam tak Ada. So far No restriction for any block to enter any facilities.

Thanks army kor. Not tar road, good to see Is brick road. Nice.

Today saw they Macam start making the basketball court. Should be outdoor no cover up. Which I think is ok also. Manyak club house also outdoor.

Also saw they plant Manyak trees at the block c cp entrance.

wah sound very bad... better keep it as basketball court use then.

sierramas west resi also macam bully. so no standard 1.
think the court you mention major purpose should be serve as basketball use.

i sibeh hope ada greenery beside the walkway outside to divide the road macam five stones....
looking at wotp no greenery beside walkway and expose longkang some more..... look like sdb standard downgrade liao. cry.gif cry.gif

even CloudTree pun ada green walkway outside... what happen to sdb cry.gif cry.gif

and this is so called luxury development outside compound macam.... mad.gif mad.gif shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

even ameera also got little green patch beside and cover up longkang....

seni mk 1 is the best example how well the walkway should be + high fencing. even cloudtree also can do it almost same....

eee... i think they use it to cover roof top...macam clubhouse area, gym room...
as some mistaken it was solar panel previously..
this plastic thingy also used for kid wet playground area as flooring base if not wrong.

sdb seriously need to execute nicely to attract potential buyers and also their on hold project Jia Melawati.

i think got 3 water fountains on each a,b,c quiet park. wonder how it look like.

Another issue.. If not wrong. I saw the road connection Macam cannot fully connect due to different land owner. Need to get permission from land owner or wait till the owner want to developer the land n join the road..

No, with using the act mean the govt need to pay/ compensate the land owner due to land acquire. Best for no need pay a cent is to wait for land owner send in the development plan. Then govt can require them to build the road in order to get the plan approve. No money need to pay from govt N all bear by developer

Mean the govt still need to pay. If under govt project. The govt may lay hand on it. This type of matter I don't think govt will bother and waste energy. Just better wait until the owner want to develop the land. Then they talk. By give out part of the land In exchange can increase the unit density. Etc etc. everything can discuss.

This exactly same case as g residence at happy garden. Part of the land cannot be touch to make way for road. they got no choice just do part of the road and the other part wait till the g resi developer start to submit the project and require them to give out part of the land for road. The road only Fully open after 3 years when g resi vp. As a owner of the land i don't think the land owner will allow it. Unless the govt compensate him. Or he can use it as good bargain with govt.

This type of situation I don't think govt will waste their time and money for this. Unless is some national mega project or govt project.

But for now by looking the situation. I don't think so. The tar road only up until block b quiet park And stop. I might be wrong. Let c when vp. Whether the road is open or not. Or If we need to wait till the land to develop. Mean another 3 years or more to wait for the road to be connected.

Should be for water tank. Can check back the built model. Not much different just only the top floor balcony ceiling much higher.

Ya big and spacious. Imo Especially 2000+sf unit is the best... If only can afford. Those 2400sf above unit just too big When compare 2 show units last time. Maybe different pipu different taste.

Maybe only luxury condo cum huge built size in this area so far.
