Guard house face east.
Building face either north or south. Block a n b entrance face west. Block c entrance face south.

Mountain forest infront guard house may gone after few years. No idea what kind of development will be there. Further up got Big lake valley park.

Lake behind may gone. Not sure what kind of development will be here too beside lumiere. Further more is river.

North Ada landed houses n Kedai-Kedai.
South Ada light kilang/warehouse.

All developments around here.. all Ada sendiri punya stp...

Lol... maverick kor cover interior n corridor. Calvin kor cover around facilities area and landscape...Wilber kor cover most of the front side and army kor cover most of the back side. Need someone go break into the basement area...who go?...lol

From far I saw block c unit punya main door. Macam Using big size door. Quite big ler. Think quite good.

Too bad new resi swim pool not allow goes that deep. Only allow around 3.5ft+-. The depth u mention near 5ft depth need life guard Liao.

Certain old condos swim pool maybe ada near the depth u mention. Max depth around 4ft+-.

Cheras trader square sibeh fast fenced up and land almost clear Liao. Outside brick Road Entrance done. Show gallery maybe next?!

Dutamas access Sibeh jialat n blocked by flyover.
This side cts access is very ok. N oledi manyak banks beside it.

yawor.... this time jialat liao.....

need to wait cts 2nd phase do the magic liao.

wotp side still ada access road next to hap seng star.

according to my SA friend.... actually lumiere booking rate quite good. OCR still has their fansi base to support the sale.
but ocr side can't get approval from authority...
so manyak lumiere buyers/investor got no choice.... put out n spilled to Vina side....
this made vina sale a sudden boost.

calvin kor, just heard that they cannot get sale permit. details i not sure liao...

opposite green hills... not sure also i think belong to UDA land. need to check with UDA liao.
