[MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD!]

Got past the membrane surgery earlier and just finished the time trial operation where nurse Angie lines up five GUILT patients for you in a 10 minute time trial with only one healing touch to use. I only managed to finish three of patients before the time expires, anyone here manage complete all five patients?

[END OF SPOILERS ]

Wow, this game is really giving me a sense of accomplishment whenever i complete a tough surgery. It's one of the games that feels tough but not impossible to beat, the last time i felt that way about a game was probably DMC3. Aaah...all games should be this challenging. notworthy.gif
Hopefully i have enough skills to finish the rest of the game... flex.gif

nah.... PSP liberty stories was the one to start all this handheld ported to console business which frankly i'm not very fond of. Back then it was usually old console game being ported to the handheld which was alright and now even handheld games are ported to console?

i think part of the reason why the DS was so successful is because their software line-up consist of games made for handheld, rather than 'handheld games trying to look like console games'. Cooking mama, Lost in Blue, Trauma Center are some of these games which feels so right to play on a handheld.

Playing GTA and even the forthcoming MG:Portable Ops on a handheld may seem rather cool at the start but frankly, wouldn't you rather play these sort of games at the comfort of your home on a big screen television?

has anyone manage to finish this game? the card has not left my DS for months now not because i'm addicted to it but because it's so flaming hard that i have yet to complete it... vmad.gif

i'm currently at the final chapter and once i'm thru with the storyline mode i doubt i will ever play it again for a long time. i will probably pick and play some of the operations through the challenge mode but to go through the entire story mode again would be hell. Not to mention the number of DS games i bought but have yet to play like Castlevania and Phoenix Wright whereby the DS sequels to these are already on their way here...

welcome back to old skool challenge...time to wipe out my megaman games while i'm at it. tongue.gif

Heh, There are more games to come. Namely FF, and pokemon ranger. Not to mention pokemon diamond and pearl and the rest of the rpg.
You have your work cut out for you. Better start finishing the game fast.

bidfordun, i do read manga but my scope is very small. anyways i just checked out the character art for the new Wii remake and i don't liked the fact that they changed artist for the game...bad move, the original DS game was quirkly japanese and the art style reflected that. this new art style..... vmad.gif i missed the big ole japanese eyes.

even though this thread is pretty much dead, i just wanted to share with you guys that i finally finished this game today rclxm9.gif

didn't think i had it in me, but it feels good to finish a tough game without resorting to cheats like i did earlier with viewtiful joe tongue.gif

anyway this is a top game, i urge everyone to give it a try, don't let the difficulty put you off. icon_idea.gif

shit. How do I complete the final mission (one whre you operate on Angie's dad, spider web parasite thing).

I'm not at its last form, where you're in a permanant healing hand mode, and the friggin parasite just do a 100% dodge from all contacts to it (while making 6 scars at the same time if you leave it alone), and nobody in game told me of any hints on how to defeat that faggot.

And to think the internets is down for international sites right now, I can't look up on gamefaqs =/

edit: lol nevermind me, I figured that out. Apparently you need to save up the healing touch star, and use it in the last moment to pull off a ZA WARUDO time stop. lol Dr. Styles is a fukken Dio.
