Yeah..totally agreed !
even the road in Klang is better than under MPKJ...wonder any forumers or ZALAM hav contact inside the MPKJ.. the external environement is very important to us..this pace the image our house..you can imagine outsider come to visit...full road with hole here and there..and rubbish on road side... QUOTE(starex80 @ Dec 30 2014, 08:30 PM) I dare say MPKJ dont know landscaping at all. Is it here more poor people and bangla when compare to PJ means they no need make environment clean and nice? Rubbish everywhere here also no see people come clean. Hole on uneven road every where also. So far from what i notice, MPPJ and MPSJ make a very good job to make the area nice to stay. |

One matters to remind us..why the road in this part under MPKJ will back to square one after the road repair work done ? while this not happen in DBKL ? i suspect eaither the skill set problems or contractor/material problems !
Agreed...those store should not be there...if illegal, shd get MPKJ to clear it...even legal with license, need to check who approved as well...same go to another chinese fruit stall at Damai perdana school there...wonder why the MPKJ can approve their business there ( wonder have or not ??)...seldome see this kind in PJ/DBKL area though... we are buying half a million property... wonder view apply to those owner or not ? ha..ha......unless they are really great ...
QUOTE(oreomambo @ Jan 2 2015, 04:22 PM) Bro, ppl need to make a living. They would have close shop and move elsewhere if business isn't there long ago. Win-win for them and construction worker which could also benefit from having a meal or two there. Who knows, MPKJ might find some suitable gerai location and build a nice structure for them to do their business. You never know if their nasi lemak taste a lot better (and cheaper) than your conventional ones. |

very likely at serdang train station opposite the mines...now the main hickup on this is the 2000 unit prima house at alam damai...this area will be flooded with cars if without mrt...the only way to avoid is follow serdang entrance to ct...further away though...
