Even set at rm1, some transactions still don't trigger SMS alert, esp those online purchases.
*
I think if you make repetitive transaction to the same merchant, that won't trigger a SMS alert. Just my personal view. Not really sure how its triggering algorithm works.

What's the different between these 2 besides the point redemption?

RM100 AEON Voucher (RM20 x 5pcs)- 25000TreatsPointsOn the Spot
RM100 Aeon Shopping Voucher (RM20 x 5) - 27250 TreatsPoints)
*
27250 TP version will be mailed to your door steps.

The 25000 TP is only redeemable at Maybank CC centre if I'm not mistaken.

You renewed with etiqa? I am just a bit sceptical about giving my cc info to 3rd party  hmm.gif
*
I have renewed with Etiqa for 8 years.

And for next year, it'll be 2 cars with Etiqa. In fact, I just renewed one this morning which is due next month. I'm going to do it again for the other card next month which is due on February 2015.

What do you mean by 20days interest free period? I thought that even after bill statement day, 20 days before due date the interest still on? Provided if i pay minimum amount on the last month, right?
*
Payment due date - Statement date == 20 days interest free period

Full payment on billed outstanding must be made by payment due date in order to avoid any interest charge and also late payment fee.

Thanks for sharing the info.  rclxms.gif

You provide only 15-digit credit card number for renewal through phone, without the 4-digit Card Identification Number (CID) and 3-digit Card Verification Value (CVV), right?
Even with just 2x TreatPoints for insurance, we can get 5% cashback, if we pay for insurance during weekend, correct?

Thanks, everyone for sharing the great tips in using the card.  notworthy.gif

Need to provide 4-digit Card Identification Number (CID).

For sure next year won't be using Etiqa insurance anymore. I only getting rm21 from the TPs if it is 5X but I have to waste time and rm20 to get my road tax being renewed from Maybank's branch which is 10km away. Not to mention have to wait for 1 hour to pay insurance.
*
That's why I renew via phone and as for the road tax, I do it myself at nearest JPJ or post office.

Is still the same, other companies are doing all in one with no extra cost.
But then I have to renew using Etiqa as my loan still not settled. So I'll settle it by Feb next year. Interest saved would be ~rm3800.
I have very bad experience on getting my Inspira where I almost got rm1000 cheated and then the loan stuck in KL when I'm taking the Inspira in Seremban.
And now is the road tax issue. Best of all, the letter that sent to me are using fake address. When I go to the said address, the shop were empty.
*
The only headache is my current car hire purchase. They don't allow me to take the car geran since my loan is less than 1 year.

I have to renew it at the branch. They also charge me RM 20 for the courier from home branch to the current branch I made payment for.

Next February, I'll request it to transfer the geran to current branch at my working state.

Still you are not holding it, still need to take all the trouble sweat.gif
I prefer my way, settle the loan, get the geran and give it to my friend to renew.
Rather than they make rm3800 from me, I'll use this rm3800 to upgrade my car thumbup.gif

You have money to settle everything. I have none!

I have to renew it on the branch this time is due to accident before and need to sort out something with them.
But at the end, I still lost my NCD.

My friend said that even you call in to renew with Etiqa, you'll still get 10% off as if you do it yourself online!

Bought two more units of iPhone 6 this morning and based on my previous two times purchases, they were charged immediately. The full amount I meant. sad.gif
Out of nowhere, it only charged me RM 1 for authorization, this is not the first time for me to use this credit card in Apple Store. sad.gif

I called Maybank and they said no issue for my credit card but they only received the RM 1 charge so far. My weekend AmEx rebate.... cry.gif I got the rebate last month...

I did receive email from Apple Store for my order and can find this order in Apple online but didn't charge any amount yet. Sigh.

What could be the problem? sad.gif

Could it be no stock?

Wanna ask, maybank cc details will auto link to M2U? or we need to do the link by ourselves?

Usually it's auto link.

But if it's not, then you need to do it at the branch.

I normally receive my credit card statement via mail.

1. If I subscribe to online statement (PDF file) which is sent to my e-mail, can I have both online statement and hard copy statement (via mail) at the same time?

2. After subscribing to online statement, can I revert back to hard copy statement (via mail)?

Thanks for the info.
*
You can call CS to request for printed statement sent to your mail box but they may charge you for that.
