just booked a hotel room via agoda using my maybank amex.. but, why there is no 7% discount ???

That's correct.

But based on my experience, not all hotels are egligible for the 7% discount under MBB promo. Especially some small hotels.

Can someone confirm?

I know not all hotels are in the list but so far those I have booked, overseas mainly have the discounts.

yes. one thing I hate about MBB card is we cant see the balance credit limit easily.
Anyway, I found a way to check it. Just click on 'EZYCASH', it will show u 'Available Balance', as it is showing 90% of your ACTUAL AVAILABLE CREDIT LIMIT, you need to multiply 100/90.
For eg, Available Balance showing 18k.
Your ACTUAL AVAILABLE CREDIT LIMIT would be 18k*100/90 = 20k
