New Dell LED Monitors are pretty good and affordable.

I just bought one 27inch LED monitor (Non-Ultrasharp but IPS panel) for my home in Malaysia as my Samsung 24inch LCD monitor went bad after 3-4 years.

How much was it? Yeah, since my monitor lasts so long, definitely going back to Dell. But will stick with smaller ones, 19'' or 17''

Where are you staying? I suspect their capacitors are burnt. Would bring it to repair, but I'm afraid computer shops will rip me off, repair dy then charge me RM200++, then after repair easy to rosak again. Quite scared, especially since I'm in KL/PJ, afraid shops will rip me off sweat.gif

If you have photography hobby, i suggest ultrasharp. Else, just choose an ips(wide vertical view angle) with low ms.

There is a thread dedicated for it.

That is quite lucky.

I send my Samsung T240 to repair twice. Once by Samsung Service Centre (after 1 year), that was free.

Then 2nd time with some independent service center and that cost around RM200, it went back not long after.

dell monitors are good, have tons of them lying around, if you're a pdf reader, or programmer, the adjustable stand is your ultimate choice

I need a new comp desk so I can finally go dual monitor. My 2nd monitor is just gathering dust since forever.

Or maybe buy a new rig so I have 3 pcs?
