Juz met the project sa in tcm...yes, it is more than 500psf but the promotional package remains unclear...starts from 800+ sf with 2 bedrooms

We believe he can make nice developmentas well.
Facing river can be pro and cons. Let's see future.
By the way, in modern FungSui, road, highway, river suggests 'Money'.
Our Japanese GM has its own Japanese, Chinese mixed FungSui six sence.

(2) History of our neighbourhood 2km range

(2-1) First was Koi Kinrara.
It spent 3 years to build 2 towers, around 500 units.
then another next 3 years spent to built around 500 units, total around 1000 units.
We have to appreciate this pioneer development.
Thank you Koi Kinrara !!

(2-2) Next was Atmosfera.
It has modern tropical style pool and pavillon.
It invited Hawaian style models and thousands of customers came for its next project sale, Zefer.
It was beginning of modern life style condominium.
Thumbs up Atmosfera!!

(2-3) Next was Zefer.
It has completed recently with grey color concept.
It was one of first life style modern middle class condominium.
Banner was really impressive for pool and sky garden .
I still remember its fresh debut.
It has dancing fountain with colour like Mid Valley, unique concept of gardens.
It has norrow shape of land but designed unique long interesting facility area.
It has astonishing sales at beggining stage.
We Puchong people are very proud of it.

(2-4) Next was IOI Parc Ville.It has Sky Semi D concept.
IOI has upgraded the access road.
It changed a lot to grade up.
Thank you Parc Ville!!

(2-5) Next was Ohako
We thought we are the latest.
But 2 more is coming.
It means our area has great future!

(2-6) Next was Twinz
Twinz sits on very narrow land.
But it designed well.
Its flower shape net basket ball court is quite unique.
We marimo discussed with them even for leveling to make nice environment.
We have garden in the middle of land so, we can share nice view.

Our area can be like mount kiara, with latest concept condominiums.

(3) Our amenities 5 km range radius

(3-1)Chinese school
Marimo GM has 3 kids.
He must take 30 minutes to nearest Chinese school. He envies Ohako residents.
Ohako nearby has Chinese School within 10 minutes.

(3-2)For secondary school, we have Batu 8 and Puchong Jaya 2 choices.
Within 5 minutes.

(3-3)International school
Puchong is strong for international school.
Taylors has only 3 branches. Cheras maluri, Kajang and Puchong.
There are 2 famouse International school.
One is Raffles. One more is near to One City Kingsly.
Conclusion
More than 5 developers are trying hard to improve Puchong Jaya township.
