True right now it have only one access "Jalan Pipit" in/out but DUN Kinrara YB Ng has done his part requested MPSJ installed traffic light in the junction now traffic should be smoother.

Talking future the new access road to Sunway Taylors Uni personally I don't think will materialize in short term but looking massive development and population increase in that area for sure MPSJ will expedite the project.

It just my 20cen comment.

Hi guys..dont have to be so big reaction to one person opinion. I actually think he has his valid point... and everyone entitled to his opinion. I dont think his points will change your love to the property u bought right? There are pro and cons on both properties. I think more people sharing their views are good for us as a buyer, true? This help everyone of us to understand better what sa did not inform us. Cheers

And to bryan.. suggest you just give your opinion here once and leave it to others whether they take it or not... diff ppl has diff choice and wht they like. And a lot dont like parklane due to some reasons.. u dont hv to keep repeating here. Cheers.

+ Japan developer (Japs are known for their business ethics and not cutting corners)
+ First time developer in Msia (Means they have more to prove, else they can say bye bye to future dev)
+ Interesting lobby concept
+ Unique Pool Pavillion Garden & River View Garden
+ Direct access car park
+ Value compared to some nearby options

Cons

- Accessibility (One road inside, jam during peak hours)
- Too many condos concentration (In other words many options/Price war)
- Cars parked on the roadside leading to Condo
- STP (Not major cause they upgrading and neighbours all say no smell)

For me I see more Pros than Cons, but I am not here to convince you to 'buy' or tell you that you missed out on a diamond in the rough.
