My point here is there are many better place to choose from with this < 500k budget, I just dunno why many ppl prefer this area.
Just my sharing. Well, is up to individual. Sometimes good heart sharing people no say TQ but get myself treated as unpleasant ppl here.
Perhaps both also not the best in terms of accessibility and density of the common roads.
OUG triumph in terms of location compare to Jln Pipit.
But, O'Hako a lot nicer compare to Parklane. And I believe, O'Hako could be better than Parklane 4000+ units ( 1 project already almost sapu whole Jln Pipit condos )
When price and sizes come down, definitely buyers are aware the location, roads, density and etc.
Else, Atmosfera could beat The Zest in its price and performance. The Zest's Block B also directly facing a sewerage but found all the record transacted pricing were all units facing sewerage or non pool / non Highway.
Anyway, I agree to ur point that Jln Pipit is not easy to sustain so many highrises.
