Hye, Good day everyone.

Im new user of Zenfone 5 LTE, 8GB internal. AP set.

Can any sifoo or member here can help to guide me. Expan Internal Memory 8gb to link with SD card.

I already root my fon, use Link2SD apps. But still did not work.

Anyone know if there any other way?

Thank you so much.

Me too, I bought the set just the other day. After switch on came the notice that there is update. After update all google services refuse to sync.

My solution;
1. delete google account
2. restart
3. add google account

working fine till today.

Hye, Thanks SLIMFOX.

Did you mean, after deleting google play, the internal memory size will automatically expand?
By checking at the storage setting?

I already try Link2SD apps. When link all apps to it, the internal storage did empty (only left system file)
But the overal size did not expand.
Even when I do partition to my SD card into two, 1 is for Normal SD card 2nd is for Internal stoge

Hope anyone can help.

Thanks!

Not sure bro, I was replying about sync after update issue.

why you need so much internal memory? Its not ram you know. For me and all my android phones is to have apps on the phone and multimedia on my memory.

Wanna ask a real stupid question here. My dad suddenly got my mum an asus4 because it cheap. But being an aunty my mum having trouble donno how to use, so do i! The problem is my mum is using prepaid, n all her credit gone from those background apps i guess. How do u switch off the mobile network, or just only turn it on if there's wifi?
*
Easy just turn off mobile data. Cheaper if u just subcribe to mobile data package.

i jsut place an order, using 8% discount code, Rm440.68 i guess is value buy ? colour i think is red , due to CNY offer?
*
I would think that is the non LTE version right?

Looking at the complains and gripes here better get the LTE version. Its about rm50-100 more only. Better peace of mind and less chance of getting recond sets (I hear this is very common). Looks new with new box etc but its actually a good condition used set with new box etc.

2 x sim only the 3g is your option. The LTE is single sim.

in term of perfomance, which is bettr? i dont mind the LTE
*
I cannot say which is better, when I bought the ZF 5 LTE I was expecting my first experience with Intel Atom (Did not really check, only basic spec). Went home and boot up saw it was snapdragon 400. Anyway been using it for 2weeks and very happy for the performance and price I paid for it.

My other phone is s3 LTE, so also been comparing these two phones. I would say price and total package its way better than the s3 LTE. Some would say that its an old phone (S3 LTE), which is true! Then I paid so much more new for the s3 then vs the ZF 5 LTE now.

So to conclude, price I paid vs what I got, very impress and happy (touch wood because you never know with electronics, it might fail next month tongue.gif ).

As for the ZF 5 Intel Atom you will have to ask other forumer.

That looks so much like my phone. Ya get a glass screen protector. I got one and I just love the way your finger glides on the screen (been using the plastic ones all this while). Mine cost me rm20 in lowyat.

Update Have upgraded to Lolipop on my zenphone 5.

Took awhile seems lots of optimization required. More than 1hr.

Seems smooth not sure about battery consumption yet.

Ok update about lolipop in the LTE Zenphone 5 (A500KL)

GPS- lock on is about the same as before. Signal seems week, keep dropping satellites. Not sure hardware or software, will let it settle down first.

Battery Life- Is better than Kitkat.

Mobile Internet- Seems jerky when on mobile data connection. No such problem on Wi-Fi. Same as the GPS we see how after a few resets.

GUI- The Lolipop's GUI, menu, graphical interface is animated. Nice. Smooth with my hardware. App loading is the same. Have not crash any apps yet.

New Features- Auto-Start Manager will be the best new feature of Lolipop. From here you can decide all the apps that starts with the OS. This gives you full control of how fast you want your boot up to be and also how heavy the OS will be. Also means how much feww RAM you have.

This is my observation so far. Will update if there is any updates
