usually they will open a white background. what you can do is to set the screen brightness to max, the yellow band is most noticeable on max brightness.

guys my opo have been getting random freezes past few days... twice when playing games(spiderman unlimited), and once when watching videos with mx player...

the screen just freezes, sound looping, and i can't do anything but force off the phone by holding down power button.

is this software related or hardware? if hardware cham lo since mine is international set, troublesome to warranty.

you OTA-ed to 38R didnt you?

yup. i had to flash back stock 33r then ota to 38r.

it was only these 2 days this happen last week no problem...

thermal related. the OTA was buggy. either full flash the 38R or revert to 33R

so i have to do full wipe again?

thats the last resort. if you are rooted with custom recovery, wipe dalvik and cache 1st. if it still happens, get the latest franco kernel.

i am not rooted, all stock... but i do have twrp installed.

i already tried wipe dalvik n cache yesterday. just now playing spider man then freeze again....

damn why my unit so much problem.

u cant wipe dalvik if u dont have custom recovery.

on stock recovery, you can only wipe dalvik by factory reset
