No bus to banting, it is supposed to be terminal for those long distance buses, to be moved from the current temporary one in shah alam.

how is the location?

Personally, i think there's a few points to consider that RM450 psf is an undervalue price :

1. Access to Kesas highway is just a minute away
2. Aeon big is just walking distance away
3. Gamuda walk mall which is going to complete by end of this year is merely 5 mins drive away (http://gamudaland.com.my/gamudawalk/concept-design/overview/)
4. Nearest condominium sold at around RM550~RM650 psf (sub-sales) LAST YEAR

No any information yet online..... another few years to go for official launch?
