I guess the exact location should be in front of the Big Aeon... Long time ago already heard the developer is going to build a condo there... Not sure is that piece of land that surrounded by shops or not...

wah RM100 cheaper than Emira.. is it deep inside Bkt Rimau? btw, bukit rimau is seen as one notch less than Kemuning.. the workmanship and surroundings not nice..

I thought that piece of land is allocated for "terminal bas" according to the masterplan? Not sure if we are talking about the same piece.

I believe location is not a subjective issue to reveal unless no DO obtained.

If no APDL, the dev cannot advertised it with price officially. They can advertise the project coming soon with location revealed.

Yalor, nowadays damm plenty of such ads like new project in Semenyih, Rawang, Shah Alam but didnt stated the exact location which can be varied at all time.
