Ai-yoo people, why pay RM350K++ for 700++sqft at KK, traffic jam place at USJ, I can get 900++sqft at the same price ! haha no gym room & tennis court lar ... Maintenance fee is RM0.15++ per sqft

Geo Bukit Rimau looks not bad after seeing the progress photo on developer's website.
According to their fb photo, their Phase 1 shoplot ady start handover to owner since 17 Jun 2019. CCC obtain since May 19. It seems their service apartment can VP in this year. Have been to their sales gallery with friend during its soft launch. Too bad didn't buy a unit lo..           |
