i disagree 4k is a bad display having using it for 1 month. In fact after using a 4k screen u would not go back to full hd.
The debate on whether a 4k screen is bad or good is the same as the debate on whether i7 cpu is good or i5 is good. Most of the games are not optimize to use up all core either. So why bother getting i7?

Furthermore having a 48Hz screen does not mean i am limited to 48fps for all games. I can still get 100 +fps depending on the game i am playing.
4K means better when you are running photo editing tool cause you need more resolution not more screen refresh rate.
4K also means you can watch better 4K video. It does not matter if the content is limited cause in the end 4K video is the future. And with such cheap offering from MSI , lenovo etc it is a no brainer. You dont have to break and arm or leg to be an early adopter.

And the statement single GPU cant support 4K gamins is also false. It depend on what type of game. Strategy game will be fine. So it depends on what game you play most. And if there is a need there is such thing call lower the screen resolution. And it is not pointless because it is the same as a car..Why purchase a 2 liter car when the you cant go beyond 120kmh on the road? The reason is simple, it gives you option..the option to go fast or slow. And most of the time you need to be slow due to practicality.

anyone here using GE62 2QD? shud i buy this now or wait 1-2 month for another laptop? as most ppl suggesting dell 7559. planning to use for 3-4 years onward
