Hi guys,

Any idea which bank is the most lenient when it comes to house loan, as in they can go to a higher DSR (debt servicing ratio ) ?

Will appreciate if you all can share biggrin.gif

If you don't have the ability, give you up to 100% also you will suffer.
Once you buy a house for own stay, utility bills, assessment bill will add up. Not to mention repair cost if got problem.

If I am not wrong, for those income more than 10k and got asset more than 1m, then can go more than 100% DSR.

Rich will get more leverage.. poor will get less leverage

Next time to mention together that they will charge very high penalty even default for 1 month.
For normal banks, the penalty will be about rm0.10-1 a day but MBSB is charging rm1200 doh.gif
