Any idea which bank is the most lenient when it comes to house loan, as in they can go to a higher DSR (debt servicing ratio ) ?
Will appreciate if you all can share

Hi guys,
Any idea which bank is the most lenient when it comes to house loan, as in they can go to a higher DSR (debt servicing ratio ) ? Will appreciate if you all can share |

If you don't have the ability, give you up to 100% also you will suffer.
Once you buy a house for own stay, utility bills, assessment bill will add up. Not to mention repair cost if got problem. |

CIMB RHB I remember allows DSR up to 85% provided you meet the NETT income of 8000 and above

If I am not wrong, for those income more than 10k and got asset more than 1m, then can go more than 100% DSR.
Rich will get more leverage.. poor will get less leverage |

yes. High DSR provided to everyone that have RM 1M asset in FD/property that finish loan.
MBSB quite lenient, but interst BLR -1 la.. |
