I have some questions that I desperately need answers to. I'll be buying an Xbox 360 sometimes next month on my holiday visit to Australia and would probably get a PAL system.

1) Any advantage/disadvantage on having PAL system?

2) Xbox Live. Considering that Iam living in Kota Kinabalu,Sabah, Malaysia. Can I play XBOX LIVE? And please give me the full detail.

3) Internet provider? As in TMNET Streamyxx and etc? but I've searched the net, Tmnet is not an official provider for Xbox Live, so, is it compatible?

4) How is the payment method?
