Another bad example is SHL, sungai long starterd since around 90, until recently 5 years price only start to pick up....about 20 years history just can match setia alam performence...SHL is poor in developing a township....sg long become what is today because the population is growing and the demand for landed is increasing...

Yes nice booklet..if u notice, the booklet show some construction picture for those theme gardens...i like the one just beside the lake, got deck and some very nice trees....

And the eco hill-lekas link progress also shown, looks progressing very well

Went there last week, found that the developer also take off alll the cable poles along the roadside, all become underground cable, match with their eco theme.....no hazardous, no visible cable.....

Oledy gt 2 chinese primary school at semenyih, eco hill cofirm will got tenby internatinal school, nottingham university just nearby... Education facilities is very well establish at this area...

u worry too much...for me, the way u share ur view, is just like u love to own SEH but too bad due to some reason, u cant, maybe not afford...so u started to keep focusing on those tiny things which can make the SEH looks worst..

just like u love a girl, but u cant get it, then u start to spread something bad about this girl and hope nobody want this girl then u might have the chance...

way to go....plz keep continue share ur bad views on SEH...
