Lion kor, no. The fencing SP Setia will request for us but at the end it is still subject for approval from MPKJ.

The SEH area is more to palm oil plantation. The rest of the area I am not sure but i think there are still plantation in semenyih. The thing is that when development happens it is expected to lose more trees. SP Setia already commited to provided 10% as a greenery in the township (if not mistaken). EM are doing replanting of some of the trees as well. At least both developers are trying and commited as well.

Still, there are quite number of hills in semenyih is untouched. I think some cannot be touch coz is forest reserved.

Bro, Aquatilis size was 1820. The new one is 19xx. At least over 100sf bigger than aquatilis. For me extra 70K still consider ok compare to argentea 1810sf priced at 488K while Aquatilis 528K. I think is worth. If SPS price it at 568-578K even more competitive... Anyway, for that price u get better material as well compare to aquatilis (that is my understanding from SA).
