Yesterday received the booklet!
It is informative and I like the location map where they also put other surrounding projects. But the map is way too small... |

QUOTE(PeriPeri2014 @ Nov 7 2014, 04:47 PM) Now with all the crowd going to EM and unsold units in SEH, I can only hope that the success of EM will "spillover" to SEH. I believe SEH is going to be a lovely place to stay and hope the bicycle paths will connect the >10 theme gardens and that the future clubhouse will be great! Anyone join me in my daydream? Hehehe... |

QUOTE(lusiao123 @ Nov 10 2014, 12:20 PM) Agree with you! Really cannot believe that SP Setia and Eco World (and others) will go into an area to make one quick round of money then let the values stagnate for a long time.Does not make sense especially after the big boys commit so much resources to build infrastructure. |

QUOTE(sridoughnut @ Nov 10 2014, 05:38 PM) Most of Saraca 1 at the last row have not been taken up. Corner lots I think still got 3~4, on the last two rows. Actually if you look at Google map street view (Jalan Rinching Hulu, Semenyih, Selangor) and move along toward the end of that jalan kampong, you will see the land was elevated quite high - I would say ~ 30 ft, so no problem with privacy. In fact, I think it will be very windy, and very nice kampong houses (only few houses scatted around) and green jungle view. Wow, thanks for sharing! Sounds like my ending up last row ain't too bad, hehe...Street View Sarace Back Row |

Saraca pricing starts from 673k, while the coming 20x70 I read from earlier comments likely to start from 598k.
EM pricing higher, rebates more, built up larger, some commented better materials. I am blur2, until now haven't got time to check out EM. |

Actually it is quite normal, if you have been living in an area for a long time and prices has been relatively low compared to new launches, you too will think, "New launch so crazy high price, not worth it to buy."
That's what happened to me and I missed the Rawang boat. That time people tell me should buy, will go up, I did not believe because for many years nothing happened in Rawang when other places boomed. Same like Kepong folks and their Desa Park City. Those who bought have made the gains! They must have braved some ridicule too especially the early birds. |

Above sharing is my husband's rational on why mostly outsiders buy the high price new launches and not the local folks who are really near.
Sharing view only don't shoot me ok... Later become "holey" hehehe... |

QUOTE(samkps @ Nov 24 2014, 01:25 PM) The promotional brochure mentions that both Tenby international school and Sekolah Sri Tenby will be in Setia Ecohill, fees are quite different. Anyone can share the difference between both? I heard from BFM interview that the cheaper one uses Malaysia's national curriculum.http://www.tenby.edu.my/setia-eco-park/admissions-procedures |
