Update on Eco Hill Saraca signing:
I called lawyer to wait for me for signing, reached late around 4.35pm. Light refreshment has finished, left tuna sandwiches and buns and a very nice drink made of lime juice, mint leaves and lemon grass as stirrer.
After signing, went to see how many Saraca left.
Counted 25 units on the chart with no sticker.
Those units earlier not available are now available.

After this there will be 3 types of 20x70 launching.
I particularly like one type where every bedroom upstairs has its own attached bathroom.
Wish I saw it earlier... Like it more than Saraca layout.
