Actually if you look at Google map street view (Jalan Rinching Hulu, Semenyih, Selangor) and move along toward the end of that jalan kampong, you will see the land was elevated quite high - I would say ~ 30 ft, so no problem with privacy. In fact, I think it will be very windy, and very nice kampong houses (only few houses scatted around) and green jungle view.
