Saraca pricing starts from 673k, while the coming 20x70 I read from earlier comments likely to start from 598k.

EM pricing higher, rebates more, built up larger, some commented better materials. I am blur2, until now haven't got time to check out EM.

Sabar bro, show village should have been ready by now and will be opened when the red pavement access road connecting SEH is ready.  Tentatively should be end Nov / early Dec.  Hope no delay.
