wow bro...1 hour 10 minutes can reach semenyih... why I always cant reach one?

think from KLCC via Tun razak to loke yew itself takes 40 to 1 hour...

from loke yew to leisure mall another 30-40 minutes

after than cheras kajang highway 20 minutes

that is the best rates...

raining so heavy no banjir meh? flash floods in KL right?

really... saw cars reach early in office lowered down window car on and sleep.. need meh?

Last friday.....many people took leave.......be it full day or half day to avoid long jam at north south highway balik kampung....why?.......taking the advantages of long holiday..... until monday....... Usual day ...I travel from damansara perdana office to subang jaya home 630pm need 40 minutes via ldp......last friday....took less than 30minuts.

Then make sure u dont stay in Puchong, Subang Jaya or even Kota Kemuning.

1 hour plus is sap sap sui for me.

u want to conduct a test with BBW or not? 630 pm KLCC to semenyih.. 1 hour 10 minutes can reach... there are many factors to cause jams, car broken down, rain, special event, accidents, slow drivers etc etc

samkps really good in selecting/conducting test... it is alwayls offpeak day...

I try this before.....jam at Sg Ramal....jam again from TPM after Sg Besi Tol all the way to Smart Tunnel...jam inside Smart Tunnel again...until Jalan Tun Razak......reach City Bank....need more than 2 hours ......cant remember exact time.............
If you dont use Gamuda....smart tunnel....maybe need 3 hours......good luck.

u everything also sap sap sui one... buy SEH & EM in rows what... careful on petrol , they are quite pricey..

there is nothing wrong about being distance to city center, it is a given fact that Semenyih is an outskirt property, that is why the price starts 400k plus with nice and township design..

there is a reason to it..do not need to feel uneasy about it, this is one of the cons , ownstay as I reiterate shuould be no problem..

btw samkps just reach Lekas exit, the old semenyih road would easily cause him another 20- 30 minutes to reach SEH..

2 ways of travel to pick ur wife and go back surely spend 2.5 hours at least.. tired, fatigue, petrol & tolls consumption, and surely hungry if you notice 730 pm only reach Lekas 8 pm semenyih..

I really dont see it that worthy, but other may not.. maybe when MRT complete, drive to kajang station opposite/nearby tesco kajang station .. that would have save a lot time..

yup that is true... just too jam.. if got raining and etc.. really fed up.. but if later, traffic is quite clear..

I conduct test and show the the exact time with proofs...

try work not in KL, perhaps Semenyih will be a good location for one... many said about work do not get permanent, but in everywhere and the world, the system is always 70% worker and the boss
