hi, this may be a common question, but just want to make a quick check as i didnt see it in post #1

i have been told by a card agent that only transactions of RM50 or more are entitled for CB

if lets say:

1st to 9th transaction = RM 50 each
10th transaction = RM 30
11th transaction = RM 50
12th transaction = RM 30
* all within selected categories

the CB will be activated after the 11th transaction (10 x RM 50) for transaction 1-9 and 11. My question is: do i get CB for transaction 10 and 12?

for motor insurance yes, but my life insurance prudential.  the only thing i can think of now is to do auto debit to my ocbc la, if auto debit is accepted

hlbb operator kept insisting that I need to swipe 10 times RM50 and above FOR THE CATEGORIES CHOSEN to entitled the cash back even after many times I said 10 times all retail transactions but only the categories chosen will get the cash back

i just received a call from HLB encourage me to apply a supplementary card for my WISE card.

Here are the advantages she told me.
1) Can reach 10 x Swipes easier with supplementary card.
2) Waived annual fees & Service Tax for supplementary card (Now is Life Time, previously is 1 year only)
3) Easier to maximize RM100 CB
4) Have chance to get extra 10% CB bonus for the first month

Anyone got the same call?? I'm still considering bout this...

ya, should just forget about the cash back this month even though the customer service officer said for bonus category (i.e. mobile phone bill) is entitled to 10% as long as the bill description has keywords such as "maxis", "digi" etc.
