(2) means any transaction >rm50?
*
yes, any transaction of rm50 or above. even on the categories which is not in your list. it helps you to qualify for the 10% cb but you will not get cb for these transactions which not in your selected categories.

lol confusing but ok thanks biggrin.gif
*
he meant any transaction of rm50 or above considered as 1 time, and you need minimum 10 times to qualify for the 10% cb. if you transact only 9 times, even though at a high amount (like 9k per time), will not qualify you for the 10% cb.

Caring Pharmacy within Tesco @ Paradigm Mall had recently set up it's own payment counter.
They said must pay at their counter and not the general Tesco counter.
Paid using Wise card and found out it is NOT under Grocery from my latest statement!  mad.gif
Luckily it was just a small amount. Will avoid in future.

Edit: And luckily it was early Oct transaction, so still got time to replace with other swipe that qualified for CB.  sweat.gif
*
do you still remember whether the receipt shows tesco or caring pharmacy? also, whether they accept tesco clubcard or bonuslink card during payment?

oh ok. wtf kind of plan is this. sounds like i have to tell the cashier "can you transact 10 x rm50 instead of 1 x rm500"?
*
yeah, actually i did that before. my dining bill rm300+ and i asked the cashier to swipe 6 times rm50+ for me. lol...

No sir. Perhaps tomorrow i call the agent to clarify the reason for me
*
usually they won't tell you the reason you being rejected.

from ccris checking, they can't see your ptptn loan. meaning that the only thing is your car loan as a reference for them. so either your car loan just being approved recently (can't analyse much from your payment pattern) or your car loan amount is quite high for them to approve another loan/cc to you (risky).

I really doubt the car loan is the problem because i pay more than a year with no miss, and the loan is 599 per month.

Yes, the combo program. Its Wise Gold + GSC Gold.
*
you may try to appeal or reapply after 6 months. otherwise you may try to apply other bank's cc first because hlb wise is quite strict in approving new applicants (especially if the applicant does not own a cc beforehand).

Fulfil 10 x RM50 transaction I think shouldn't be a problem.
Now let me breakdown the rebate. I going to take this 3 categories (Telecommunication, Petrol, Utilities)
Meaning to say I will get CashBack RM67 / month.

RM67 x 12month = RM804

RM804 - AF - GST = RM804 - RM160 - RM50 = RM594

Total CashBack per year I got is RM594.

Am not sure if its good enough. Any advise would be appreciated.  notworthy.gif

must remember utilities only cover electricity and water bills.
