I saw my cc card account 1.3.2015 Annual fee RM80. Has the classic Wise AF been reduced to RM80?

I successful downgrade my card to gold card, and they waive my AF, but GST still have to pay loh.

how do i use pay.maxis and pay my sister's Maxis account

(aka paying on-behalf of my sis' Maxis line using my HLB Wise card?)

1) the phone number should be my sis' Maxis number?
2) how about billing info (name, address, email)? my sis' address?

Just check my online statement and surprise to see interest charges on the interest for installment. I didn’t  have any overdue or is this GST for cash on call?
Also my RHB account charge for interest...I will later call CS to confirm on this charges.
If confirm GST, start today I will stay away from installment or any cash advance offer by bank.

Yupe, today i check my statement and the 3x RM50 rebate have been revoked      How can they simply give and take away. 

Anybody noticed that the rebate capture date is shifted form 28 of the month to the last day of the month. My spenditure on 29 is capture making my rebate off track
