Such problem already happening every now and then, not just recent 1 month. Only it is not many people facing such issue.
And by knowing the trend on how HLB will twist, why still want to swipe end of month? There's no such thing as concern like you said to start with.
Also, you are not getting cash back is your fault, not UOB's fault. So make the facts right. Did anybody pointing a gun to you that you must swipe at the end of month? Nobody, if there's somebody, is your stupidity that pointing, as you don't know how to estimate

It doesn't matter. The point is will u continue such way of practise to use uob payonline on the last 9th or 10th transaction again during the last minute n still blame uob payonline if the transaction didn't get thru.

Try complete your 10 transaction earlier n use the later transactions to fill up the quota to reach 1k limit.

yes...u r right...I has been using maybank master card to pay bill via uob online since last year oct and no issue occurs until jan 20...and, hlb wise has no issue when I use it for petrol last week and pay maxis bill yesterday when found tht payment via uob online is failed...

Just now went giant shopping. Bought rm200++ new year stuffs n split into 4 swipes with each swipe at 50-60. Now total I got 7 swipes already n not hard to achieve 10 swipes instead of wait to end of the month to worry not enough swipe or any screw up that ll burnt your rm100 cash rebates.

Confirmed the problem was with Payonline cos I use CIMB & HLB Wise.  Approved then few days later rejected. Luckily, that Payonline transaction was my 13th transaction >RM50 for Jan 2015. Otherwise .    

First time encountering such problem with Payonline. Have been using it for years, all these while very reliable.

my colleague use other credit card to pay tnb using uobonline it works fine.
suspect hlb might block uobonline already.

my colleague just made transaction last week, as well as today, then failed.
then he use other card just now, then OK.

I just called UOB CS, all transactions made between 27 Jan to 5 Feb are void due to their system failure and advise me to redo all the payments again.

Did anyone use WISE to pay TNB Bill via PayOnline these few days??

even after i sign up for email statement, hlb didn't even send it to me.

also, if i have 2 cards:

gsc card: -RM50
wise: RM1000

can i just pay rm950 to the wise card account? will it auto deduct the RM50 from gsc card?
