QUOTE(supersound @ Feb 8 2015, 01:02 PM) Such problem already happening every now and then, not just recent 1 month. Only it is not many people facing such issue. And by knowing the trend on how HLB will twist, why still want to swipe end of month? There's no such thing as concern like you said to start with. Also, you are not getting cash back is your fault, not UOB's fault. So make the facts right. Did anybody pointing a gun to you that you must swipe at the end of month? Nobody, if there's somebody, is your stupidity that pointing, as you don't know how to estimate Seriously waiting my time responding to a fool like u. Nuff said.

QUOTE(Tigerr @ Feb 8 2015, 01:22 PM) It doesn't matter. The point is will u continue such way of practise to use uob payonline on the last 9th or 10th transaction again during the last minute n still blame uob payonline if the transaction didn't get thru. Try complete your 10 transaction earlier n use the later transactions to fill up the quota to reach 1k limit. Bro.. cool. Ur suggestion speak much more like human. Actually I didn't blame, refer to my first post bout this issue, I raised and ask anyone else face the same thing. Then in the following reply I also responded and say "it's ok and life goes on". No big deal on missing the rebate. QUOTE(theozis @ Feb 8 2015, 01:34 PM) yes...u r right...I has been using maybank master card to pay bill via uob online since last year oct and no issue occurs until jan 20...and, hlb wise has no issue when I use it for petrol last week and pay maxis bill yesterday when found tht payment via uob online is failed... Bro... we are the unlucky ones that are caught undisguised. At least we raise and share our issue here then we know what to do in future. This post has been edited by hkboey: Feb 8 2015, 01:45 PM

QUOTE(aeiou228 @ Feb 8 2015, 03:32 PM) Damn !! supersound picking up fight again in this thread. hkboey was merely alerting this thread about UOB Payonline problem which I think it's a very useful piece of info in this thread. Why flame and blame the person who shared this info ?? finally someone sees what I was trying to share.

QUOTE(Tigerr @ Feb 8 2015, 11:49 PM) Just now went giant shopping. Bought rm200++ new year stuffs n split into 4 swipes with each swipe at 50-60. Now total I got 7 swipes already n not hard to achieve 10 swipes instead of wait to end of the month to worry not enough swipe or any screw up that ll burnt your rm100 cash rebates. I know it's not hard and I never say it is. I say again -> I was just reporting the issue about Payonline problem. Please don't start again about spending behaviour. QUOTE(sweetpea123 @ Feb 9 2015, 12:37 AM) Confirmed the problem was with Payonline cos I use CIMB & HLB Wise. Approved then few days later rejected. Luckily, that Payonline transaction was my 13th transaction >RM50 for Jan 2015. Otherwise . First time encountering such problem with Payonline. Have been using it for years, all these while very reliable. Thanks for highlighting this. Someone at third floor this page said this problem happened every now and then. I dont know where he get his fact from. This post has been edited by hkboey: Feb 9 2015, 01:54 AM

QUOTE(sovietmah @ Feb 9 2015, 11:24 AM) my colleague use other credit card to pay tnb using uobonline it works fine. suspect hlb might block uobonline already. Don't think so. I called HLB they say never received any request of payment. I also used RHB and also same. Never receive any request from UOB. Can u check with ur colleague when he made the transaction?

Anyone knows about the 30% dining cashback, for the 3 transactions on weekday, is it based on transaction date or posting date?
I believe HLB most likely based on posting date but I can't find the concrete terms in T&C. Maybe I missed out? Anyone?

QUOTE(fkinmeng @ Apr 28 2015, 02:51 PM) even after i sign up for email statement, hlb didn't even send it to me. also, if i have 2 cards: gsc card: -RM50 wise: RM1000 can i just pay rm950 to the wise card account? will it auto deduct the RM50 from gsc card? Its not auto but you can call up to ask them to transfer. I just called up to ask regarding this issue, they say if we have credit balance in the credit card, you can transfer to any credit card, be it same or even different bank.
