Hi, im new in HLB wise card. From my statement, there are three times of RM50 CR which i don't know what is that. Anyone know? FYI, i only spend RM8++ on the 2 selected categories while total expenses is RM1.6K++. Just want to get things clear.    Any sifu know?

Yup, this is particularly useful for petrol transaction where 1st day of the month the price of petrol will be increased

8. The Gift Items will be delivered to the Eligible Cardholder’s billing address furnished by the Eligible Cardholders and as captured in HLB’s records at his/her own risk. Fulfilment and delivery of the Gift will be between four (4) to six (6) weeks after sixty (60) days from the card approval date.

9. Fulfilment and delivery of the Gift will be provided and supported by HLB’s authorized fulfilment service provider, PCM Perfect Marketing Sdn Bhd (“PCM”), who can be contacted at 03-6280 1212 or Customer Care Hotline: 1300-80-0133 (from 9.00a.m. to 5.30p.m., Monday to Friday). Any request to deliver the Gift to another address will not be entertained.

10. In the event the Eligible Cardholders do not receive the Gift, it is the Eligible Cardholders’ responsibility to notify the respective HLB branch in writing no later than 30 June 2015 for non-receipt of the Gift, failing which, HLB will not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for non-receipt of the Gift and/or Selected Items by the Eligible Cardholders.

cut off date is still month end right, ie 30th and 31st? i seldom get merchants reporting slower than 2 days for maybank, unless it's online shopping. to stop spending by 26th seems overkill to me 

I just received my HLB GSC card and Mastercard Platinum and Wise card. I called in to HLB CS to change statement date, my desired statement date is 1st of every month. But the CS told me I can only change the statement date after 1st due date (after 1st statement is generated), so I will need to call again. Anyone encounter this before?

My card don't know send to where already,      , if no get end of this week, CS said will issue another new card for me.... Cash back on this month probably is gone   

Noted for above info as I will call to change as well. How about SMS alert? Does HL bank provide ??

I did ask about SMS alert too to CS, she said default is RM1000 and above, then only will SMS alert. I said I want to change to RM1, she answered can, but need to do it at branch.
