It is a lot more expensive to buy legendary weapons as compared to buying armor pieces using marks. And you will use a lot more guns than different piece of armor set.i have done today daily and public event, all gave me enegry and strange coin |

I'm confused here. There's vendor selling legendary weapon and armor in the tower. But most items have different perks for the same item. So the one that is sold by the vendor, is it always same perks or it will be changed every refresh?

You might get different perks for the same weapon if you gotten them from engram or reward |
