I agree with socratesman as its not only those 2 options as in reality as you havent taken into account job location, working colleagues, supervisor and many other factors as it doesnt always come down into those 2 only ie interest and money. I think if thread starter describe a situation he is in would be more ideal .

Wow shinichi they must be a really nice group of people and if a boss has an employee such as you it will be great since you are trying really hard to gain satisfaction from the job when some people just check-in check-out daily waiting for 5.30pm or 6pm finishing time

I doubt there will ever be a right answer to this as there are so many pros and cons to choosing salary against interest and vice versa. Again it depends on the very situation and conditions a person is in currently and of course ultimately the individual itself. Maybe if he/she doesnt have a family to support can go for interest and any sort of salary ????
