bear in mind u work at least 8 hours a day, at least 5 days a week.
it's the thing u see almost everyday
so there needs to be an interest in it or else u won't sustain.

being interested in wat u do will make the pain (like working lots of OT) bearable and u'll perform better, hence leading to better salary
