for me,job satisfaction speaks first as long as i can survive with my salary.There's a pay floor,if it goes down.Then sorry,i can't do it for that kind of pay.But if there's a better pay and the job doesn suck too much i'll go for it.

You can simply file a lawsuit to these company for under the Labour / Employment Act for negligence.
