I have an old SSD, the corsair F120.
Is it worth it if I upgrade to a newer faster one (was looking maybe at the Samsung EVO)??
plus, my old SSD only has 120GB, might get a slightly bigger capacity (240GB maybe) as I'm only gonna run 1 hard drive for my htpc rig.. will I notice any gains if i do so?
running on a P67 motherboard (Maximus IV Extreme)..
*oops i realised i posted on the wrong thread.. should be in HardWare Q/A or Storages..
Around +10~20% performance for read/write activities. Is it worth it if I upgrade to a newer faster one (was looking maybe at the Samsung EVO)??

By upgrading to a larger capacity, you are able to store more files compared to 120GB.
If its mostly for watching video, better get a normal HDD Western Digital 3TB Green Caviar for RM300 at Garage Sales, worth the money + store lots of videos/music/etc vs a 120GB/240GB SSD.
