Hey guys, I'm thinking of getting a new laptop soon but it comes with DOS, so if I tell the seller to install Windows 7 OEM on it, can it still be upgradable to Windows 10? Thanks.

Is it me or Windows resets back your date format and setting toggles in action center to default on every update?
