anyone experience pc / laptop cant shut down properly ? my laptop cant auto shut down , force shut down each time im gonna turn it off

hope there is a fix for that , i already tried clean installed , yet same thing happen 

is this an upgrade, or a clean install? if it's an upgrade, you can try out a clean install, which is the most trouble-free option afaik.

how long does it take to boot to windows desktop? is there a ssd as boot drive? you can check out boot time via event viewer > applications and services logs > microsoft > windows > diagnostics-performance > operational.

as for suspected driver issues, i have no idea what has caused it :/ the fail-safe is to use the stock drivers from dell. if dell-supplied drivers still cannot do the trick, i guess there are other things that are causing the issues. i have a number of dell machines. even those without official supports can run w10 with no issues.

oh. i assume you're running on stock hdd.

black screen usually means gpu drivers. you might wanna try cleaning up gpu driver with ddu, and then reinstall the latest one.

hm.. well if you said even a clean install plus stock drivers from manufacturers couldn't solve this, i really think something else are causing the issue.

i have double checked the method and the same was published at different sites. (howtogeek has one, http://www.howtogeek.com/134620/how-to-dis...-group-policy/) something really weird is happening to your laptop. i run w10 pro so i just use gpedit.msc to do this. what if you run netplwiz as administrative command prompt and enable auto login? this usually disable the lock screen as well.

no such an issue here. maybe you should run sfc /scannow at administrative prompt and see how it goes.
one more thing: have you tried to use ddu (http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/) to remove the discrete gpu driver and then perform new driver install?

what's your system spec? did you upgrade your bios?

i figured the same that you're not the only one. but for some reasons, results from search engines were really discouraging. it's like you're the only one lol

edit: i have just checked the dell driver page for 7447. there are some new drivers released for w10. did you apply all those? start with intel chipset driver?

Are you using Steam on your 7447?  Did the upgrade affect your gaming experience?

I game alot through steam and I'm sure alot of 7447 owners do too.  Wouldn't want the upgrade to screw up everything
