I've got my synaptics and realtek HD audio driver update stuck at 34%. Any ideas how to resolve it without a clean install?

My google skill not good enough. Cannot find any answers.

When did this happen? I did a clean install. No such error.

While trying to update from 10074 to 10122. Apparently quite a few people got the same error.

Me. Any known fix ? If not I will do a clean reinstall.

Anyone tested the leaked 10125 ?

Nope, I'm trying all sorts of solutions except clean install. If I do clean install, how will my license from Windows 8.1 be transferred over when RTM is available? I worried won't be able to get windows 10 RTM if clean install.

How do do a clean install from the ISO file? Is this installer the 64bit version?

Good news: Build 10130 is out. I'll see if I can update it from build 10074 when I get home.

Tried and it doesn't work. Tweeted to Gabriel Aul to see if there's a response from MS.

I tried to do a fresh install of 10074 but the installation stopped midway. How do install from the ISO file of build 10130? I have already downloaded the ISO

Managed to do a clean install using the build 10130 ISO. Had to reformat the partition. Encountered some driver plproblems and to reinstall my Realtek HD audio and Nvidia GT840M drivers. Otherwise all good.

Haven't had time to play around with yet though.

Since I already installed win10 tp on my win8.1 and I forgot to to make a backup, I hope the license won't be an issue and I can a clean install when 10 is released on July 29. Made a mistake to upgrade before making backup. sad.gif

As of Build 10130, dark theme still can't be enabled via settings, right? Can only change thru REGEDIT?

Great news everyone running Windows Insider with Windows 10 TP: http://m.winsupersite.com/windows-10/how-t...-windows-10-rtm

Your build 10130 and later builds will convert to RTM as long as you are part of the windows insider program. It will also allow you to do a clean install later.

What is the current state of Win10? Is it usable for everyday use? I mainly use my PC for gaming/surfing/office work.

Fairly stable. Haven't had a crash on build 10130. Running it with steam, battle.net, and origins. NVIDIA has Windows 10 TP drivers, so you're at least covered on that.

Edge is fairly fast (not perfect though), and IE is still around hidden in the windows system directory.

I only have problems with the Store (Beta) getting updates to the Music app.
