apparently, my cortana kept asking me for my name. how ah?

haha if only once or twice, its okay but this keep recurring.... i was like "ffffffuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu...." everytime i open cortana

another issue i just found out,
any chrome windows i try to snap to half of the screen mode (note that: this only happen when making halves, not quarters) will make the chrome window to freeze, i mean nothing happens when u click on anything... the window will be responsive when i snap it back to fullscreen or quarters

anybody else encounters this ?

another issue, dont know if i am the only one or not,

i cant delete a file that i am selecting when preview pane is on

"$Windows.~WS" is the temp file used by the GWX app to preload the w10 right?
if i already safely upgraded my OS using the media creation tool, is it safe for me to delete the "$Windows.~WS" as well as "$Windows.~BT"?
