i manage to saw UEFi:[My PenDrive] and when i click on it,it will refresh back to same BIOS boot page,it wont go to windows setup,what is wrong with my pendrive?

Previous problem solved as my tablet only allowed to install x86 windows.

i have windows 8 pro (not 8.1) product key,how can i download windows 10 pro 32bit for fresh install using windows 8 pro product key
