Just wondering if I can download the windows 10 ISO when its release on July 29 without installing Win8.1? I got the original key of windows 8.1 but use pirated windows 7 after awhile and now into the insider program.

I got windows 8 pro key then revert to Windows 7(pirated) then currently running on Windows 10 pro Insider Preview.

Is it possible for me to direct install windows 10 with the key without re-install window 8 and then upgrade to win10. Trying to escape for the hassle.

Anyone having issue with Windows 10 start button? It was all good since beginning of the release and today the start button and right click on task bar apps stop working. Google all solution and unavail. Not planning to reset PC as is a office PC.
