For Realtek issues, you can try this Realtek High Definition Audio Codecs http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloads...3&GetDown=falsei'm having the same problem on my asus k43sm, i even updated to the latest driver twice, once directly from realtek website and once from device manager but the soundcard still can't be detected... =( is there any universal driver available? Thank you for contacting ASUS Service Care. My name is Cloud and it's my pleasure to help you with your problem. We apologize for the delayed response due to the weekend. We are so sorry for the inconvenience in using our product.
For this issue, please do Windows Update for about 2-3 times, and after this, the drivers in your notebook will upgrade to Windows 10 public compatibility drivers.
Also after checking, we are sorry to say K43SM is not in ASUS Windows 10 update list, so we would not provide drivers for this model.
Thank you for your cooperation.
If you have any further questions, comments, or concerns please do not hesitate to let us know. We will be more than happy to assist you.
any possible solution for me to solve this?
