It seems it can be update manually for Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3118754).

Doing it manually via (LOL ! Still use Windows Explorer Browser)

My windows 10 no need to do manual, already appear in the update list.

Disable it. Especially if you are plugin Windows 7 or 8 formatted hard disk as second drive. During boot up Windows 10 will chkdsk and fix the hard disk even the hard disk is OK. It will make it corrupt !
