My Myvi 1.5 kena langgar from behind and was in workshop for almost 6 weeks. I claim already Loss of Use, they offer RM30x16 days only. I understand that they only pay for working days, but 5 weeks is like 30 working days. That RM30 is the minimum rate per day right? What is maximum rate for Myvi 1.5? The workshop wrote the initial appeal for RM50x40 days.
