i just completed insurance claim for recent accident from 3rd party. repair work done within less than a week. kudos p2 nilai!

and now i'm about to submit loss of use claim to 3rd party insurance and i noticed that the 3rd party insurance only approve rm30/day. dei, wanna rent a car nye pun cant cover the cost. so my questions are :
1. can we propose to the 3rd party for reasonable loss of use claim?
2. can the loss of use application via email?
3. some said that if we send the application via post they (3rd party suren) wont acknowledge it.
