Hi Sifu,
This may be unrelated a bit but seriously need some advice. My friend was making a turn at a traffic light (the traffic allows U-Turn and even has a green U-Turn light to let you know it's your turn).
So when the U-Turn light turned green, my friend made the turn to the right and suddenly a motorcyclist hit her passenger side door very hard. The man was conscious and all but was sent to hospital.
The question now is not really about claims, but what's happening and what should my friend do because the situations is like this now.
THe guy obtained a fracture. Initially he insisted he was right, that his light was green (when obviously it's not), but at the accident scene, when my friend scolded him, he admitted he was wrong.
Now he hasn't made a police report because he's still in hospital. But now we are not sure whether he will tell the truth. The car cam wasn't working so we have no evidence that we had right of way. There was a witness at the scene who told my friend he's willing to be witness because he say the motorcyclist ran red light.
So, what should we do now?
