Hi want to ask about this case.

1. Car make u turn on green light.
2. Got bang at the passengger side by a motorcycle that run a red light.
3. Motorcyclist didnt drop single blood but we insisted to the ambulance to take him to hospital for further check up.. later that day found that the motorcyclist never went to the hospital.
4. Motorcyclist doesnt have license. Motorcycle got roadtax.
5. Car make police report. Motorcyclist didnt make police report.

Question.

1. Can car claim from motorcycle insurance?
2. How long aio will wait for the other part to make report?
3. If car claim own damage ncd will be burn?
4. Can motorcylist claim medicall bill if he didnt make police report.

I read somewhere they just cover the medical bill. Not the cost for car repair.

Update on this case.

The motorcycle have made a police report. But of course the report he stated that his light is green and im is wrong.

He got no serious injuries. Just some bengkak.. no broken bones.. not a single blood drop.

I think he will not claim for any medical bill.

Car is at insurance panel workshop.

So now do i wait for the keputusan or can straight claim third party?

Who should complete all the documents needed? Me or workshop? If workshop, do i have to pay anything?

What if the keputusan said im wrong? Should i fight back or just burn ncd?
